Chinese fintech and cross-border payment provider Lianlian DigiTech officially launched its Middle East regional headquarters in Gate Village at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) on November 5, 2026, according to a company announcement via PR Newswire.

The expansion comes after the company secured a Category 3D Payment Service Provider license from the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).

The new Dubai hub is established to provide multi-currency liquidity management, cross-border collections, and supplier payment services to Chinese enterprises and regional merchants. Lianlian DigiTech stated that it plans to integrate DIFC's institutional framework with its existing network to support commercial activity across the China-UAE economic corridor.
