Eversheds Sutherland Becomes Approved Certification Body Under DIFC Regulation 10

Eversheds Sutherland has secured Approved Certification Body status under the Dubai International Financial Centre's Regulation 10 framework. Operating via its consulting arm Konexo, the firm is authorized to audit and certify entities developing or deploying artificial intelligence systems in the financial free zone. The framework focuses on AI governance, cyber resilience, algorithmic accountability, and data protection alignment.

Abu Dhabi Sends First Health Mission to China Targeting AI and Drug Development

The Department of Health – Abu Dhabi has launched its first dedicated health and life sciences delegation to China, covering Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing from September 21 to 30. The mission focuses on artificial intelligence, robotics, precision cancer care, and clinical drug trials. Chinese healthcare firms were also formally invited to attend the Abu Dhabi Future Health Summit in October.
