Alibaba Cloud Expands Data Center Infrastructure in the UAE and Global Hubs

Alibaba Cloud announced plans to expand and upgrade its data center capacity in key international markets, including the UAE. Unveiled at the 2026 Apsara Conference in Hangzhou, the program will expand its footprint to 31 regions and 107 availability zones worldwide. Chinese Robotaxi Developers Expand Commercial Autonomous Operations in Dubai

Asia’s Crude Oil Imports Rebound Driven by Arabian Gulf Shipments
