Methodology
Verified business risk intelligence, not a blacklist
UECN monitors authoritative public sources and builds structured company profiles. Every record is checked for source authority and identity before it is shown, labelled with factual terms, and kept separate from the company's current status and its own response.
Verification score
| Component | Points | What earns them |
|---|---|---|
| Source authority | 30 | Official registry, court, regulator, gazette or government list. Reliable media count as supporting only (10). |
| Company identity match | 30 | Registration number (30); exact legal name and jurisdiction (22); name only (10). |
| Document evidence | 15 | A primary official document, register entry or court record. |
| Cross-verification | 15 | Independent corroborating sources (one: 8; two or more: 15). |
| Current status | 10 | Whether the matter is confirmed current or resolved. |
Principles
- Facts, not labels: we write "Final Court Judgment" or "License Suspended", never "fraud" or "blacklist".
- Official sources first. Media is used only to corroborate.
- Identity before publication: a record must refer to this legal entity, not a similarly named one.
- Resolved matters stay as history, clearly marked, and the current status is always shown.
- Every company can claim its profile, respond, and request correction, review or takedown with evidence.
- No single "good or bad" score: you see exactly which records create a signal.
Information is compiled from public official sources for business due diligence. It is not a legal opinion, credit rating or recommendation, and does not represent any government body. Always verify critical facts with the original source.
