Dubai Chambers signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Jiangsu Chamber of International Commerce (COIC) on November 5, 2026, aimed at strengthening bilateral trade and investment relations, according to the Emirates News Agency.

The agreement was signed at the headquarters of Dubai Chambers by Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, and Wang Shanhua, Chairman of the Jiangsu COIC.

The institutional framework is designed to facilitate the expansion of Jiangsu-based enterprises into Dubai, with a particular focus on firms from Yancheng. In return, the partnership provides Dubai-based businesses with market-entry assistance, trade delegation opportunities, and business-to-business (B2B) matchmaking services across Jiangsu province.

Under the terms of the agreement, both organizations will also coordinate participation in major commercial exhibitions and co-host joint trade promotion events.
