The UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has issued a regulatory advisory detailing 12 distinct work permit types available to registered establishments, Emirates 24/7 reported.

The work permits cover various staffing structures, including full-time, part-time, temporary, flexible, and remote employment arrangements. Specialized permits also cover young workers aged 15 to 18 under strict conditions defined by the Labour Law, such as one-year juvenile work permits.

MoHRE stressed that hiring companies remain legally responsible for covering all recruitment costs, official government fees, and mandatory employment guarantees. All applications across the 12 permit types must be submitted online through MoHRE's approved digital service channels.
