The UAE Federal Tax Authority has issued compliance guidance detailing key implementation deadlines for the national electronic invoicing framework, Arabian Business reported.
Under the schedule, companies generating annual revenues of $13.6 million (AED 50 million) or more must appoint an accredited service provider by October 30, 2026. This revenue tier is required to complete system implementation and integration through the EmaraTax platform by January 1, 2027.
Enterprises generating below $13.6 million annually have been provided a compliance window to appoint an accredited provider by March 31, 2027. These companies must then meet a full system go-live deadline on July 1, 2027.
