The fifth edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai has expanded its 2026 selection to 122 restaurants across 38 cuisine types, according to Fast Company Middle East. The updated guide incorporates 19 new additions, consisting of two new one-star venues, four Bib Gourmand additions, and 13 Michelin-Selected establishments. Michelin's total Dubai selection has nearly doubled in size since its initial launch.
At the top of the rankings, FZN by Björn Frantzén and Trèsind Studio retained their three Michelin stars, keeping them as the only three-star establishments in Dubai. Meanwhile, Orfali Bros was promoted to two Michelin stars, joining Il Ristorante-Niko Romito, Row on 45, and STAY by Yannick Alléno in that category.
The 2026 guide introduced two new one-star establishments, Birch, led by chef Arslan Berdiev, and KIGO, which focuses on Japanese sushi omakase and kaiseki experiences. These inclusions bring Dubai's total number of one-star restaurants to 14.
Four establishments—Middle Child, S.E.A Bistrot, Three Bros, and YUBI Dubai—were added to the Bib Gourmand category, bringing its total to 22 restaurants. In addition, 13 new venues joined the Michelin-Selected category, raising its total to 80. The new selected venues include China Tang Dubai, Carbone Dubai, Barrafina Dubai, Kasumigaseki, KEN by Kamatsuda, Maison Dali, Nazaara, Ramen Hisa, Revolver Dubai, Rialto, Shinobi, Tezukuri, and Window.
