The XI International Industrial and Energy Forum (TNF 2026) brought together more than 18,000 global energy delegates in Tyumen, operating with full international status. Hosted at Tyumen Technopark from September 14 to 17, 2026, the forum included participation from Chinese energy entities and the UAE's Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), alongside delegations from Kazakhstan, Belarus, Vietnam, Iran, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan.
During the event, ADNOC progressed supplier qualification frameworks covering 60 approved technical standards for specialized equipment manufacturing. In addition, Chinese industrial participants and Gulf operators signed commercial agreements focused on upstream oilfield services, LNG shipping, and digital decarbonization technologies.
According to Fresh Angle, citing Russia's Pivot To Asia, the forum generated over 50 international cooperation agreements, more than 200 new energy technology launches, and upwards of 200 business meetings. Senior executives from the fuel and energy complex and related industries accounted for approximately 80% of total attendees.
Forum discussions also covered equipment localization and supply dynamics. The domestic oil and gas equipment localization rate in Russia reached approximately 80% by the end of 2025, with an established target of 90% by 2030, while Russian oil production including condensate is projected at approximately 511 million tonnes in 2026.
