Sharjah Media City (Shams) has launched "Bedaya", an artificial intelligence-driven platform aimed at simplifying company formation for international and local investors, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).

The digital tool assesses commercial proposals submitted by users, matches them with official activities permitted by the free zone, and recommends suitable corporate structures. It also provides automated pricing schedules, fee breakdowns, and trade name generation services in both Arabic and English.

Rashid Al Obad, Director-General of Shams, stated that the platform is designed to shorten administrative onboarding and enhance transparency for incoming businesses. The initiative aligns with Shams' broader strategy to attract international entrepreneurs to the Sharjah free zone ecosystem.
