Russian fintech company A7 has launched an international payment platform enabling businesses and individuals to settle invoices using digital assets while recipients receive conventional bank transfers, according to Gulf Today. The platform, named A7 International, supports transfers in UAE dirhams, Chinese yuan, US dollars, and euros, with additional currencies available by prior agreement.

The company stated that the service charges a fixed commission of 0.3 percent, with processing times starting from one business day. Customers fund transactions using USDT on the TRON blockchain, after which A7 executes a bank transfer to the recipient's bank account, including via the SWIFT network, eliminating the requirement for recipients to hold digital asset wallets.

Gulf Today reported that the launch occurs as Russia develops alternative international payment channels following Western sanctions that restricted its access to the global banking system. Founded in 2024 with the involvement of Russia's state-owned PSB bank, A7 has expanded across China, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

According to A7, its network now spans more than 100 countries and serves approximately 15,000 corporate clients, processing around 2,000 transactions daily. The company reported handling more than 10 trillion roubles, or approximately $120 billion, in cross-border payments in 2025. PSB bank Chairman Petr Fradkov stated that the service was developed to address global demand for international payments.
