Fifth Global Digital Trade Expo Concludes with $255 Million in China-Arab Deals

The fifth Global Digital Trade Expo concluded in Hangzhou, drawing over 50,000 attendees and securing seven bilateral China-Arab cooperation projects valued at $255 million. Concurrently, Chinese direct investment in the UAE reached $2.6 billion amid expanding operations from major Chinese technology firms. Bilateral partnerships also advanced through financial collaboration between Abu Dhabi Global Market and Shenzhen's Futian District, alongside autonomous driving infrastructure in Dubai.

ADGM and Shenzhen’s Futian District Partner on Financial Innovation and AI

Abu Dhabi Global Market has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Futian District People's Government in Shenzhen. The partnership aims to enhance cooperation across financial services, artificial intelligence in finance, and talent development. The framework also covers international investment vehicles, including Qualified Foreign Limited Partner structures.
