ADGM and Shenzhen’s Futian District Partner on Financial Innovation and AI

Abu Dhabi Global Market has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Futian District People's Government in Shenzhen. Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Futian District People's Government in Shenzhen to broaden collaboration across financial services, innovation, and talent development.

The agreement was signed by Rashed Al Blooshi, Chief Executive Officer of ADGM's Registration Authority, and Deng Jun, Director of the General Office of the Futian District People's Government.

The framework establishes cooperation on financial innovation, artificial intelligence in finance, and international investment structures, notably Qualified Foreign Limited Partner (QFLP) frameworks.

Additionally, both sides agreed to organize joint roundtables, conferences, and business forums connecting regulators, investors, and industry stakeholders. The initiative aims to drive participation from both public and private sector entities to deepen institutional ties between Abu Dhabi and Shenzhen.
