Dalipal Signs Land Lease for $2.1B Energy Equipment Facility in Saudi SPARK

Chinese manufacturer Dalipal Holdings has signed a 25-year land lease with King Salman Energy Park in Saudi Arabia. The company plans an overall investment ambition of approximately $2.1 billion to build a smart manufacturing facility for energy equipment. The site will produce seamless steel pipes, oil country tubular goods, and hydrogen transmission pipelines.

UAE and China Hold High-Level Talks to Strengthen Strategic and Economic Cooperation

UAE Presidential Special Envoy Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak met Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Beijing on October 13, 2026. The officials reviewed bilateral economic ties and agreed to expand cooperation in trade, investment, industrial development, and advanced technologies.
