The Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development (MBRCLD) signed two memoranda of understanding with Peking University in China and Seoul National University in South Korea to launch a new series of Dubai Leadership Research, the Government of Dubai Media Office reported. The signing was witnessed by Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority.

The initiative draws on the governance and leadership model of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The resulting research series is structured specifically for MBA and executive education curricula, aiming to serve as a reference in decision-making and leadership across academic institutions, workshops, and international conferences.

The agreements were signed by Saeed Al Eter, Director General of The Executive Office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, on behalf of MBRCLD. Partner institutions were represented by Professor Young Joon Park, Associate Dean of Peking University HSBC Business School, and Professor Jun-Ki Kim, Executive Vice President of Seoul National University and Professor at its Graduate School of Public Administration.

Under the partnership, Dubai governance and administrative case studies will be incorporated into executive education and MBA programmes at both universities. The formal exchange took place during the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Forum, an annual event organised by MBRCLD that convened 1,000 public and private sector leaders.
