Eversheds Sutherland announced on September 23, 2026, that it has attained Approved Certification Body (ACB) status under the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Regulation 10 framework.

DIFC Regulation 10 sets specific governance, algorithmic accountability, and risk management standards for entities developing or deploying artificial intelligence systems within the financial free zone.

Operating through its Konexo consulting division, Eversheds Sutherland is authorised to perform formal readiness audits and issue assurance certifications. The framework evaluates AI governance frameworks, cyber resilience, data protection compliance, and digital risk management controls.

The firm stated that the regulatory accreditation will assist financial and commercial businesses located in the DIFC in satisfying mandatory compliance requirements.
