His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, has launched a series of initiatives aimed at strengthening the emirate's tourism sector and facilitating trip planning for visitors.

The measures include the launch of the Dubai Access Club, described as the world's first city-wide tourism loyalty programme. The invitation-only membership offers repeat visitors exclusive experiences, services, and benefits across Dubai.

Under the initiatives, visitors will also be able to apply for single-entry and multiple-entry tourist visas directly through the official Visit Dubai website. Additionally, an integrated digital platform consolidating visitor information and services will be established under the Shared Digital Channels Initiative.

The initiatives are scheduled for implementation in November 2026. They were developed through a partnership between the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai, the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, and the Dubai Digital Authority to support the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 target of making the emirate a top-three global tourism destination.
