Dubai CommerCity, a dedicated digital commerce free zone established as a joint venture between the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) and Wasl Group, announced an AED 1.8 billion expansion project on 4 October 2026.

The free zone will execute Phase Two of its development between the first quarter of 2027 and the fourth quarter of 2028. According to the announcement, the expansion addresses strong market demand, with current occupancy across office, logistics, and retail spaces standing at nearly 96 percent.

The planned works will add 86,000 square metres of space across the Business and Social Clusters, incorporating six new commercial office buildings.
