Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, one of three chambers operating under Dubai Chambers, has signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI solutions across Dubai's private sector, Emirates 24|7 reported. The signing took place in the presence of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The bilateral agreements were executed with Nebius Academy, the training arm of AI cloud firm Nebius, and software creation platform Lovable. The partnerships support a broader initiative launched by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, to transition the emirate's private enterprises towards Agentic AI technologies.

Dubai Chambers is managing the programme's rollout, introducing dedicated training tracks aimed at equipping 14,000 member companies of Business Groups and Business Councils under Dubai Chamber of Commerce with AI skills. Saeed Al Gergawi, Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, said the chamber is working to enhance companies' operational efficiency and competitiveness while assisting startups in developing solutions and entering new markets.

Under the agreement with Nebius Academy, Dubai-based businesses will receive specialized training tracks in AI leadership and Agentic AI delivered via the Dubai Chambers Academy digital platform. The collaboration includes licensed content, technical certifications, workshops, and expert-led sessions open to executives, technical staff, and company personnel.

The agreement with Lovable focuses on capability building and entrepreneurship, offering Dubai companies and founders access to its software creation platform and educational materials. Lovable will also provide platform credits funded by Dubai Chambers to participants in the Create AI Agents Championship to develop and deploy tools, according to Lovable Head of Revenue Lauren Rhode.
