The Dubai AI Festival 2026 commenced on October 26 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, featuring participation from more than 100 Chinese technology firms, Xinhua reported.
The two-day conference brings together technology enterprises, investors, policymakers, and industry specialists to explore commercial artificial intelligence applications across industrial sectors and public services.
Arif Amiri, chief executive officer of the Dubai International Financial Centre Authority, stated that the strong turnout by Chinese firms reflects their central role in advancing digital innovation and AI. Amiri noted that the event provides a venue to exchange expertise, identify new investment avenues, and foster commercial partnerships between UAE and Chinese businesses.
Participating Chinese exhibitors emphasized that the platform allows them to showcase solutions, connect with regional investors, and expand their commercial operations across the UAE and the wider Middle East.
