Several Chinese high-tech and industrial corporations finalized new commercial agreements across the UAE on October 28, 2026. The agreements center on expanding industrial cooperation, technological transfer, and capital investment between Chinese firms and UAE entities.

Chinese electric flying vehicle manufacturer Aridge delivered its first X3-F aircraft to the UAE. The vehicle is scheduled to conduct low-altitude trial operations within the UAE's low-altitude aviation regulatory sandbox under civil aviation oversight by the General Civil Aviation Authority. The delivery followed a delegation visit to China by H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, the ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, who concluded a six-day working visit witnessing the signing of an agreement and 10 Memoranda of Understanding.

Concurrently, Chinese humanoid robot developer UBTech Robotics entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Ras Al Khaimah. Under the arrangement, both parties plan to conduct joint research, live testing, and operational deployment of robots designed for smart public services and industrial automation.

In the utilities and infrastructure sector, DEWA International signed a cooperation agreement with China Energy International Group. The two entities will assess engineering and construction opportunities across regional energy and water infrastructure projects.
