Chinese and UAE financial and trade authorities signed several cross-border investment agreements aimed at expanding capital flows between both economies. Under these initiatives, Chinese brokerage CSC Financial executed a memorandum of understanding with the UAE Ministry of Investment. The agreement covers cross-border asset management channels, fund access, and project matchmaking.

In the financial technology sector, China's Ant International secured two payment licenses from the Central Bank of the UAE. The licenses were granted for its Antom merchant processing unit and its WorldFirst trade settlement service.

The developments follow the conclusion of the Dubai Business Forum held in Shenzhen on October 14, which attracted 854 Chinese enterprise delegates and investors. The collaborative efforts also integrate work with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority to advance international technology partnerships and support digital trade infrastructure.
