UAE regulatory authorities have reaffirmed that businesses with annual revenues of AED 50 million or more must appoint an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) for the national electronic invoicing system by October 30, 2026, according to Lawnut.

Under Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025, these large enterprises are required to integrate with the national platform and reach go-live status for business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) transactions by January 1, 2027.

Smaller businesses with turnover below AED 50 million must contract an ASP by March 31, 2027, ahead of their mandated compliance launch date on July 1, 2027.

The Federal Tax Authority urged companies operating across both mainland and free-zone jurisdictions to meet the technical readiness timeline to avoid trade disruption and compliance penalties.
