Dubai authorities issued detailed regulations on November 4, 2026, governing the 'Dubai Access Club', an invitation-only membership scheme tied to a five-year multiple-entry visa, according to The National.
Under the regulations, approved members receive a five-year visa that permits stays of up to 90 days per year for both business and leisure purposes. Admission to the programme is facilitated through partner nominations, which include major airlines and hospitality groups, designed to support the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
The standard application fee is set at Dh4,032.50 ($1,097), with an additional fee of Dh650 ($177) applied to individuals submitting applications from within the UAE. In instances where the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs rejects an application, fees are refunded subject to a Dh183 administrative deduction.
