Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has launched three initiatives designed to enhance Dubai's global tourism competitiveness and support the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, according to Gulf News.
Under the newly announced measures, international visitors will be able to apply directly for single-entry and multiple-entry visas through the official Visit Dubai platform. The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai will retain responsibility for assessing and issuing the visas.
The package also establishes the Dubai Access Club, an invitation-only membership program providing exclusive benefits to frequent travelers. Additionally, Dubai is consolidating government services and travel procedures into a unified digital system under the Shared Digital Channels initiative.
