Chinese supply chain finance platform Linklogis has announced a partnership with XRP Ledger (XRPL) to launch digital trade finance applications on the blockchain, according to CoinMarketCap. The collaboration is designed to streamline global supply chain settlements by utilizing XRPL infrastructure for faster cross-border transactions.

Under the partnership, Linklogis will deploy stablecoin-based settlement systems and smart contracts to tokenize real-world assets (RWAs) in supply chain finance. The company, which processed over $2.8 billion in cross-border assets through its business programs last year, also plans to examine artificial intelligence integration with blockchain to enhance trade finance efficiency.

The agreement coincides with expanding RWA activity on XRPL, where tokenized RWA volume increased by 22.81% over the past month to reach $305.8 million, ranking XRPL as the ninth-largest blockchain globally by RWA value.

CoinMarketCap noted that the collaboration follows other major enterprise adoptions on XRPL, including the Dubai Land Department's real estate tokenization program and Ondo Finance's launch of tokenized US Treasuries.
