Leaders and representatives of Business Groups and Business Councils operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chamber of Commerce have highlighted the significance of an initiative launched by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, to transition the emirate's private sector towards Agentic AI, Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.
As part of the initiative, Dubai Chambers recently launched specialised training tracks designed to enable and train 14,000 companies to integrate Agentic AI into administrative and operational workflows. According to business representatives, the training focuses on moving beyond using data merely for information to applying it for faster, more accurate decision-making and operational efficiency.
The wider transformation framework includes establishing incubators for Agentic AI companies supporting Dubai's economic transformation, backing specialised firms that develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions, and promoting institutional capacity-building across the Dubai Chambers network.
Milenko Bujandric, Chairman of the Serbian Business Council, noted that producing goods and delivering services faster, at lower costs, and to higher standards aligns with business demands, while pointing out that understanding implementation remains a key challenge for decision-makers. Dr. Mohammed Jawad, Chairman of the Medical Labs and Diagnostics Centres Business Group, added that the training tracks assist enterprises in moving from theoretical AI understanding to identifying practical daily operational applications.
