Asia-Pacific real assets manager ESR announced an expansion into the Middle East, targeting a $10 billion (€8.9 billion) development pipeline focused on logistics and digital infrastructure.
The platform plans to focus initially on the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, developing scalable warehouse facilities and data centres. The move is designed to connect pan-Asian supply chains and digital hubs with Gulf capital.
Phil Pearce, president of ESR, confirmed that the company is in advanced negotiations with several regional strategic partners and is currently securing strategic land positions across the region.
ESR is supported by an ownership consortium that includes the Qatar Investment Authority.
