An updated advisory published by Time Out Dubai has outlined the qualification standards for investors, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking the 10-year UAE Golden Visa.

Under the stated rules, business partners and company investors qualify if they maintain an investment valued at a minimum of Dh2 million. Applicants must also hold valid trade licensing and corporate tax registration in the UAE.

Several major UAE commercial banks can facilitate eligibility through fixed-term deposits of Dh2 million or investments in local sukuk instruments. However, authorities clarified that holdings solely in digital or cryptocurrency assets do not grant access to the Golden Visa pathway.

Approved applicants receive renewable 10-year residency rights, permitting self-sponsored living and commercial operations across the United Arab Emirates.
