The UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) issued a regulatory advisory on October 2, 2026, directing job seekers inside and outside the country to verify employment offers prior to completing recruitment procedures.

According to MoHRE, employers must utilize official job offer forms approved by the ministry. Each official form includes a unique serial number or barcode, which enables applicants to check the authenticity of the offer through the ministry's systems.

Applicants can verify offers via the MoHRE website, the 'MOHRE UAE' smart application on Apple and Android platforms, or by contacting the ministry's call centre at 600590000. MoHRE emphasized that all legitimate employment permits and contracts must be processed through its approved electronic validation systems.
