The UAE Government has launched the Emirati Work Bundle in the Private Sector, establishing a consolidated digital workflow designed for jobseekers and private firms. According to Gulf News, the platform brings together employment procedures into an integrated system.

The digital framework covers the recruitment journey from initial Nafis registration and candidate matching through to formal job appointments. It also integrates mandatory establishment quota approvals and official employee registration filings within a single operational workflow.

The initiative forms part of the UAE's federal Zero Bureaucracy Programme, which aims to eliminate redundant administrative steps. The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) noted that the system accelerates legal onboarding and assists private-sector enterprises in meeting national hiring targets.
