Pursuant to Article 54 of Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 and Ministerial Decision No. 84 of 2025, entities with annual revenue exceeding AED 50 million must prepare and submit audited financial statements. This requirement also applies to Qualifying Free Zone Persons seeking to benefit from the 0 percent corporate tax rate on qualifying income.
