The United Arab Emirates government has published four official categories defining who foreign residents living in the country can bring in on a sponsored visit visa, Legit.ng reported.
According to the government framework, the four recognized categories include first-degree relatives, second-degree relatives, third-degree relatives, and friends or non-relatives.
First-degree relatives are specified as father, mother, spouse, son, and daughter. Second-degree relatives encompass siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren.
Third-degree relatives eligible for sponsorship include uncles, aunts, and cousins. Friends or non-relatives comprise any individuals outside of the specified family groupings.
