The Trade in Services and Investment Agreement (TISIA) between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Belarus entered into force on October 7, 2026, according to Gulf News.

Signed in Minsk, the bilateral accord establishes a dedicated legal framework designed to reduce market access barriers and strengthen protections for cross-border investors and service firms operating between both countries.

UAE Minister of Foreign Trade Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi stated that the treaty supports private sector collaboration across multiple sectors, including financial services, logistics, consulting, healthcare, and technology.

The agreement also introduces streamlined mechanisms to promote joint ventures between Emirati and Belarusian businesses, while reinforcing commercial routes between the UAE and Eurasian markets.
