Ras Al Khaimah free zone Innovation City and enterprise software firm Salesforce have launched an artificial intelligence-driven business registration platform aimed at cutting company formation times from days or weeks down to minutes.

The deployment incorporates Salesforce's Agentforce technology into Innovation City's digital services. Under the setup, autonomous AI agents handle corporate intake, workflow routing, and document validation within predefined regulatory controls and permissions.

According to the companies, complex corporate structures and discretionary legal exceptions will remain subject to manual review by human administrators. Innovation City stated that the platform maintains corporate governance, auditing, and data privacy standards mandated by UAE regulatory authorities.

Innovation City CEO Paul Dawalibi noted that the system merges automation with regulatory oversight to accelerate foreign commercial setup. Salesforce Middle East General Manager Mohammed AlKhothani stated that the platform aligns with the broader deployment of measurable AI tools across the region while complying with trust and privacy requirements.

China Direct Investment in UAE Reaches $2.6 Billion as Global Outflows Top $200B

China's annual outbound direct investment reached $213.58 billion, surpassing $200 billion for the first time with an 11.1 percent year-on-year increase. Outbound flows to the Middle East more than doubled, with the United Arab Emirates leading the region by attracting $2.6 billion.
