The XI International Industrial and Energy Forum TNF took place at the Tyumen Technopark from September 14 to 17, 2026, marking the first year the event operated with full international status, according to an analysis by Russia's Pivot to Asia. Organized by the Oil and Gas Cluster association and coordinated by Russia's Ministry of Industry and Trade, the gathering operated under the theme "Oil and Gas Industry of the Future: Energy of Leadership."
The publication reported that more than 18,000 participants from over 60 Russian regions attended, with senior executives from the fuel, energy, and related sectors comprising 80% of the audience. Core production regions including Tyumen Oblast, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug joined major domestic operators such as Gazprom, Gazprom Neft, LUKOIL, NOVATEK, and Surgutneftegaz.
International participation expanded significantly beyond prior years, with delegates, exhibitors, and business contacts attending from China, Vietnam, Iran, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan. UAE involvement was anchored by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and a dedicated Demo Day, while Kazakhstan was represented by KazMunayGas and QazaqGaz, and Belarus sent a senior government delegation.
More than 50 cooperation agreements were signed during the four-day event. According to the forum's official platform, over 200 new technologies were launched alongside more than 200 targeted business meetings, positioning the venue as an export and technology interface between Russian oilfield equipment makers and foreign energy partners.
