Dubai-headquartered technology group Robo.ai Inc. (Nasdaq: AIIO) reported revenue exceeding $280 million for the four-month period from June through September 2026, according to a shareholder letter released by Chief Executive Officer Benjamin Zhai. The company reiterated a full-year 2026 revenue outlook of approximately $600 million. Shares of the company began trading on a split-adjusted basis on Nasdaq on November 6, 2026.
Addressing capital management, Robo.ai stated that it does not intend to enter into new equity-linked, variable-price financing arrangements where issuance or conversion prices track future share prices for a period following the letter. The company confirmed it will continue to fulfill obligations under previously disclosed agreements.
On the operational front, Zhai outlined three core priorities: lowering delivery costs and improving cash collection and operating efficiency; advancing product development and commercialization at its AI subsidiary, Neurovia AI; and accelerating manufacturing readiness and customer development at ALIF Holding.
Neurovia AI, which focuses on visual data processing efficiency for sectors including energy, transportation, public safety, and municipal services, is scheduled to exhibit at GITEX Global in Dubai from December 7 to 11. Meanwhile, industrial group ALIF Holding broke ground on Phase I of an industrial park in Umm Al Quwain on September 25, tied to projects including ALIF Composites and the ALIF Maritec oil spill response system.
