US Urges Citizens to Leave Iran Citing Airspace Closures and Flight Cancellations
Iran's Civil Aviation Organization has halted all commercial flights bound for the United Arab Emirates starting midnight on September 24, 2026. The indefinite suspension applies to all Iranian air carriers amid regional airspace complications. A separate flight from Tehran to Dushanbe was also turned back after Turkmenistan denied airspace clearance.
