RAK Ruler Receives Chinese Language and Culture Exchange Participants
Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi received delegates from the 2026 Chinese Language and Cultural Exchange programmes on October 29, 2026. The programs involved 32 students and institutional professionals from Ras Al Khaimah who studied in Shanghai and Guangzhou. The Ruler emphasized linguistic and cultural proficiency as an economic imperative amid growing trade and corporate ties with China.
