JLR and Chery Unveil Freelander 8 SUV Targeting UAE in Early 2027
Jaguar Land Rover and Chery have revealed the international five-seat Freelander 8, establishing Freelander as an independent premium SUV brand. The UAE is scheduled to become its first overseas market in early 2027 through distributors Al Tayer Motors and Premier Motors. The model debuted at the 2026 Chery International User Summit in China alongside regional distribution deals for Bahrain and Oman.
