Dubai Investments Sets DIP Offer Range Valuing Holding at AED 9.5-10 Billion
Dubai Investments has set the offer price range for the 20% float of DIP Holding at AED 1.10 to AED 1.15 per share, valuing the Dubai Investments Park landlord at AED 9.5 billion to AED 10 billion. The lowered price range delivers an implied dividend yield of 7.27% to 7.60% following investor negotiations. According to Bloomberg, order books for the full offering were fully covered within minutes of opening.
