The GCC General Secretariat announced an anti-dumping investigation on November 2, 2026, targeting uncoated paper imports from China, India, and Thailand. Chinese automotive brand OMODA & JAECOO unveiled its upcoming 5-kWh hybrid powertrain technology and debuted its all-new OMODA X crossover during its International User Summit in Wuhu, China. The export division of Chery Group confirmed that the new hybrid architecture will debut on the OMODA 7 before rolling out to international markets, including the UAE. The company also announced that cumulative global deliveries have surpassed 1.4 million vehicles.
