Commercial air services between Iran and Najaf, Iraq, resumed on October 4, 2026, following a US sanctions waiver granted to Baghdad. Iranian airlines, excluding Mahan Air, are authorized to operate up to 40 daily flights to the Iraqi airport.
A batch of ZEEKR 9X vehicles departed Fuzhou Port on September 22 bound for the UAE, marking the automaker's first large-scale export of the flagship SUV to the Emirates. Twenty alumni and fellows from the UAE's National Experts Program will mentor young Emiratis participating in the UAE Youth Ambassadors Program in China and Japan. The ten-month initiative aims to transfer leadership expertise and develop cross-cultural projects supporting national priorities. The mentors represent specialized sectors including energy, technology, logistics, health, and public policy.
