Messe Frankfurt Middle East has announced a new five-domain structure for Intersec Global 2027, aimed at addressing the increasing convergence of physical security and cybersecurity risks. The exhibition is scheduled to take place from 12 to 14 January 2027 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The refreshed framework organizes the trade event around five connected sectors: National Security & Law Enforcement, Cybersecurity & Resilience, Surveillance & Physical Security, Fire, Rescue & Emergency Response, and Safety & Wellbeing. According to event materials, the model is designed to support growing cross-disciplinary demand for integrated systems across national defence, critical infrastructure, and enterprise protection.
The event will take place under the patronage of Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Ports and Borders Security Council. In addition to product displays, the gathering will host specialist conferences covering security integration, fire and emergency response, and workplace health.
According to organizer figures, the previous edition hosted 1,094 exhibitors and more than 44,700 trade visitors from 56 countries, against industry projections estimating that the Middle East and North Africa safety and security market will reach $150.5 billion by 2030.
