Infasme and Fotopia Technologies have introduced Digitizeme, a document management platform specifically designed for small and medium-sized enterprises in the United Arab Emirates. The system combines document capture, version control, role-based access permissions, workflow automation, and search within a single platform.
The platform is built to extract information from scanned files, photographs, and PDFs while supporting both Arabic and English, including right-to-left layout configurations. Infasme and Fotopia reported an optical character recognition (OCR) accuracy rate of more than 99% across the two languages, though Konsulteer noted this figure is a vendor-reported claim rather than an independently validated benchmark.
According to the companies, documents managed through the platform are hosted in data centres in the UAE and Saudi Arabia to address regional data residency requirements. The software also provides audit trails, configurable approval routing, and connectivity with UAE enterprise resource planning (ERP) and business systems.
Infasme, which describes itself as having more than two decades of regional enterprise content management experience, positioned the product alongside partner Fotopia as an effort to bring enterprise-grade document intelligence to smaller organisations with tailored budgets.
