Guangdong Entrepreneur Delegation Explores Real Estate and Furniture Cooperation in Dubai

A commercial delegation from the Guangdong Association for the Promotion of Entrepreneurial Cooperation and Development visited Dubai to explore business opportunities. Representatives from the UAE Chinese General Chamber of Commerce and STAMN Development hosted the group to evaluate commercial entry routes for Chinese companies. Discussions focused on supply-chain collaboration across real estate construction, furniture manufacturing, and architectural design.

A commercial delegation from the Guangdong Association for the Promotion of Entrepreneurial Cooperation and Development has visited the UAE Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Dubai.

STAMN Development CEO and Executive Chairman Zheng Jian hosted the delegation to review commercial entry routes for Chinese businesses entering the UAE market.

According to STAMN Development, the two sides held detailed discussions on supply-chain integration across real estate construction, furniture manufacturing, and architectural design.

STAMN shared operational insights from its multi-project development portfolio in the UAE to help incoming Chinese suppliers align with local standards and procurement requirements.

Gulf Tourism Rebounds as Dubai Targets Chinese Visitors and Industry Partnerships

More than 2,800 exhibitors participated in the Arabian Travel Market 2026 in Dubai, where the "Nihao! China" pavilion facilitated business negotiations between Chinese and foreign tourism entities. Data from the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism shows Dubai welcomed 6.97 million international overnight visitors in the first eight months of 2026, with August recording 869,000 visitors. Dubai tourism officials are strengthening partnerships with Chinese digital platforms, including Ctrip, Xiaohongshu, and Meituan, to encourage the return of Chinese travelers.
