A report released by HSBC indicates that global investors are targeting a $1.4 trillion infrastructure pipeline across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT).
According to the survey, 30 percent of institutional investors anticipate that the China-MENAT corridor will represent the fastest-growing capital route through 2030.
Priority sectors drawing capital include Gulf renewable energy projects, cross-border railways, roadway expansion, and modern port logistics.
HSBC's analysis indicates that surging commercial demand and freight connectivity from China serve as vital factors supporting the financial feasibility of these regional megaprojects.
