Dubai-based residency services platform FamilyVisa.ae, operated by 800 DOCS LLC, has announced the launch of a dedicated portal consolidating 2026 rules, required documents, government charges, and processing stages for the 10-year UAE Golden Visa.

The portal covers six distinct Golden Visa routes: property owners, company owners, managers, fixed bank deposit investors, special talents, and family dependents. According to the company, the tool was introduced to address applicant confusion caused by differing requirements across emirates and categories, as well as multiple regulatory adjustments in 2026, such as the February removal of the 50% down-payment requirement for property investors.

A central feature of the platform is an integrated visa cost calculator. The tool estimates government application fees for primary applicants as well as dependents, including spouses, children, and parents. According to figures published on the platform, government charges for the primary applicant start from AED 4,137 for most eligibility streams, whereas real estate applicants in Dubai pay AED 9,421 due to additional Dubai Land Department fees.

FamilyVisa.ae CEO Razeeb Abdulla stated that transparency is critical because applicants often receive conflicting information regarding official government fees versus private consultancy charges. Abdulla noted that whether applicants file independently, visit an Amer Centre, or use professional services, they should understand official fees prior to submission.

The platform operator stated that the release coincides with FamilyVisa.ae's fourth year of commercial operations in the UAE.
