Emirates and Dubai Chambers have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at accelerating the international growth of Dubai-based small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and startups, according to Safari India. The agreement was signed at Seamless Middle East 2026 by Adnan Kazim, Emirates Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, and Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers.
Under the agreement, members of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce will gain access to Emirates SkyCargo's international freight network, which spans six continents. The carrier will provide cross-border logistics solutions to assist local companies in integrating into global supply chains and executing international expansion plans.
SMEs and startups will also be permitted to use Emirates Courier Express, the airline's international door-to-door shipping service. The service provides express cargo transportation and customs clearance support for commercial shipments.
In addition to cargo solutions, the agreement incorporates corporate travel incentives through Emirates Business Rewards, the carrier's dedicated loyalty programme for SMEs. Dubai Chamber of Commerce members registering for the programme for the first time will receive a 2,000-point welcome bonus, alongside participation in joint promotional activities and member engagement events.
