Dubai’s Etihad Rail station has established a direct link to the emirate’s public transport network through an air-conditioned pedestrian bridge that connects passengers to Jumeirah Golf Estates Metro Station in about five minutes, Gulf Business reported.

The 375-metre enclosed walkway features moving travelators along its sides, allowing travellers to transfer between Etihad Rail and the Dubai Metro Red Line without needing road transport. The infrastructure provides arriving rail passengers with a direct alternative for onward transit across Dubai.

Al Yalayis Station, Etihad Rail’s Dubai passenger hub, connects to the metro station via the bridge while also providing access to car parking, taxis, buses, and private transport operators. The station facilities are designed to serve daily commuters, employees, families, tourists, and People of Determination.
